Welcome to Kitchenfriendly! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or purchasing from Kitchenfriendly, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Overview
Kitchenfriendly is an e-commerce store specializing in household items including inflatable beds and chairs, footwear, car accessories, and fashion items. We aim to make your everyday living more comfortable and convenient
Product & Availability
We do our best to keep our inventory up-to-date. However, product availability is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product at any time.
Payment Options
We offer two secure payment methods:
Online Payment: Pay securely through our website using supported payment platforms.
Cash on Delivery/Payment on Delivery (COD or POD): Available nationwide. All COD transactions is eligible for COD fees and a deposit of the fees may be required ahead. COD is also available to only products we have in our local inventories. Items shipped from above are not eligible.
- All COD orders shall comply to our POD terms and conditions
Note: COD orders cannot be canceled once placed.
Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times vary by location but typically range between 1–5 business days. Delays caused by logistics partners or other unforeseen issues are outside our control.
Items shipped from abroad take around 2 weeks for delivery.
Maximum period to pick up item after arrival at destination is 2 days.
All confirmed and shipped orders cannot be cancelled.
We consider the following as fraudulent practices. We may consider a class action or a social media trial based on circumstances.
- Failure to pick up a delivered item after 48hrs of delivery.
- Failure or delay in cash remitance for POD/COD on receiving a delivered item.
Returns and Refunds
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Proof of purchase is required.
Non-refundable items: Items damaged due to customer misuse or negligence.
Items for special discounts and sales promotions such as friday nights, black black, cyber monday, etc are not eligible for return or refunds.

Warranty Information
Our inflatable products come with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects only. Damage from misuse, punctures, over-inflation, or poor storage conditions is not covered.
Order cancelation!!
Orders paid via online payment may be canceled within 12 hours of placement.
- Refund of 90% would be processed withing 5 working day period
COD orders cannot be canceled once confirmed and deposit is made.
Limitation of Liability
Kitchenfriendly is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
